EC TO START PRINTING BALLOT PAPERS TODAY



The Electoral Commission of Ghana has scheduled to begin with the printing of ballot papers today October 26, 2020.

Miss Jean Mensah has therefore extended this to the 12 major Presidential Candidates for the 2020 elections and urged them to present their participants in printing the ballot papers at the seven designated printing houses specially selected in Accra.


This is to help electorates for easy identification of Candidates during the time of voting on December 7, 2020.

The Deputy Chairman encharge of cooperates in the Electoral Commission, Dr. Erick Boseman said, the ballot papers for the next elections will be shorter and concise as compared to this year's own if only an agreement is drawn among aspirants concerning the number of Candidates to appears on the ballot paper.

This means the ballot paper for 2020 elections will be longer due to the number of Presidential Candidates who will appear on the paper.
