INCREDIBLE: AFRICA APPROVES THE POLICY FOR WIFES TO OFFER SEX AS GIFT TO GUESTS.

The people of Himba in the Kunene and Omusati regions of Northern Namibia, the Ovahimba and Ovazimba tribes offer sex as gift to guests.

In the culture and customary belief, the people are expected to give this kind offer to a visitor after a man shows his approval and pleasure of seeing his guest by giving him the Okujepisa Omukazendu, the treatment where the wife is giving to the guest to spend the night while the husband sleeps in another room or outside in-terms of inadequate accommodation in order to reduce jealousy, and apparently foster relationships.


According to the custom, women has little or no opinion in the decision making which implies that, submission to a husband's demands come first.

With a population of over 50,000, the Himba are a polygamous people where girls are married off to male partners selected by their fathers ones they attain puberty.

MINISTER WARN TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS AGAINST INCREASING OF FEES

The Minister of State in charge of Tertiary Education, Prof. Kwesi Yankah, has ordered the management of the various public universities not to increase school fees for the 2020/2021 academic year. Prof. Yankah made this clear when speaking to Citi News on the sidelines of the “Transforming Teacher Education and Learning Program” by the National Council for Education. "The recurrent increase in fees is worrying" He stated. He said, he was rather surprised and abhorred about the arbitrary increases which appear to be recurrent almost every year and hence, any increase in fees without parliamentary approval would be unlawful.
