CORONAVIRUS: ANOTHER LOCKDOWN IN GHANA



The Chief Executive Officer of Public Sector Reforms, Thomas Kusi Boafo has advised Ghanaians to obey the health protocols regarding COVID-19 to prevent another lockdown in the country.

Speaking to Accra based Peace fm on "Kokrokoo" show, he said placing another lockdown in Ghana will supercharge retardation of economic activities. 

President of the republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo has publicised to bring a total lockdown if citizens fail to adhere strictly to the covid-19 protocols.

"The country's economy will be in a drastic mess if there's another lockdown. All activities relating to our economy my slow down leading a high standard of living" CEO Kusi Boafu stated.

Information released by the Ghana Health Service indicates that the Coronavirus cases in Ghana is not getting any better.
Currently Ghana has recorded 718 more active cases making a total of 8,216 confirmed cases with 533 deaths. This means, the country continuous to record more cases as the day goes.

Ensuring all the safety protocols will help reduce the brisk spread of this novel CORONAVIRUS pandemic.
