THE MOST OUTSTANDING WAY TO OBSERVE VAL'S DAY

Valentine's day, according to the Catholic doctrine is celebrated annually on February 12 to commemorate the death of Saint Valentine who, in the 3rd centuries served as a priest in Rome.

During this observation, lovers, as well as families and friends express their affection through warm greetings and outstanding gifts whiles others mail amusing messages to their loved ones.


Valentine's day isn't specifically a day of romance, but rather a day of commitment and sacrifice to one another as demonstrated by saint Valentino during his lifetime.

"Brethren, whether you eat or drink, do everything for the glory of God. Avoid giving offence to the temple of God (Humans), just as I try to please everyone in every way, not seeking my own benefit but that of the many, that they may be saved. Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ" St. Paul stated in his first letter to the Corinthians (1 Cor 10:31-11:1).

NEWS IN: OXFORD INSTITUTE OF JOURNALISM TO HOLD ORIENTATION FOR FRESHERS

Oxford Institute of Business and Journalism, together with the Students' Representative Council (SRC) has scheduled to hold an Orientation and Freshers' night for first year students right at the school's premises on Friday, March 19, 2021. This educative and entertaining program is specifically organised for first year students to help them feel exited about beginning another level of education and also nourish their transition to campus life and the independence that accompanies it. The core content of this event is to serve as an opportunity for students to learn how things work within the school's domain.
